Inspired by the fresh, easygoing spirit of San Diego, Fresheria brings together smoothies, juices, bowls, tortas, breakfast, and Mexican-inspired favorites made with real ingredients and prepared fresh throughout the day. What started as a small neighborhood shop in La Jolla in 2015 has grown into multiple locations across San Diego — all built around simple food, fresh ingredients, and creating something people genuinely enjoy coming back to.

Fresheria began in La Jolla with a simple idea from founders Nancy and Ely: create a place centered around fresh ingredients, everyday food, and flavors naturally inspired by the Mexican-American culture that exists throughout San Diego. What started as one small shop slowly grew through hard work, community support, and the countless hands that helped shape Fresheria over the years.

Our menu reflects the kinds of foods people actually crave and come back for — smoothies, fresh juices, breakfast favorites, bowls, wraps, tortas, salads, fruit dishes, and antojitos made fresh throughout the day.
